Tata 'high potentials' visit Corus UK

While onsite at the Corus Port Talbot Steelworks we were excited to meet two of the high potential Tata secondees during their stay in South Wales. Praveen and Dipak joined us on our site tour of the Blast Furnaces and Hot Rolling Mill, the two Tata employees shared their experiences about the operations in India and described their roles at Port Talbot over the coming months. 

We have completed the three-month discovery phase (e3insight) with Corus and are now developing the implementation plan to build a sustainable resourcing function between now and 2011. It has been a fantastic experience to date, our team have really enjoyed getting to know the organisation and are thrilled to be working with a team of talented, passionate people who really want to make a difference.
