Charlie has 14 years’ experience in the recruitment industy, working with respected organisations including Microsoft, Royal Sun & Alliance and Barkers Norman Broadbent. He specialises in providing niche advice to companies thinking about outsourcing or insourcing, or moving to a Managed Service model.

He is an experienced Director of Resourcing and an Accredited Prince 2 and MSP Practitioner. His methodical approach and ability to communicate at all levels and bring out the best in people means his real strength lies in setting up and bedding in new processes.  Charlie started his recruitment career at Harrison Willis in 1994 and now enjoys providing articles, key notes and expert comment on resourcing to relevant publications and organisations.
