The recent take-over of Corus by Tata Steel has provided the opportunity for rapid growth around the world. To help achieve Continuous Improvement, e3 were asked to review the current processes around recruitment and resourcing so that they can deliver on their group vision. This includes embedding a performance culture, 
nurture existing talent
, sourcing global talent, building an employer brand and building world-class Apprentice & Graduate Programmes to help combat the corporate “brain drain’.

We have reviewed the internal resources, processes and policies around recruitment by engaging with more than 500 people across all levels within the organisation. This e3insight took three months in early 2008, and we are now implementing our recommendations: a two-year ‘Remarkable Resourcing’ Programme to transform the organisation’s resourcing ability.
