Spend just five minutes with Emma and you will feel that absolutely anything is possible. Bursting with energy and ambition she combines her passion for people with her experience in creating solutions for businesses. Emma is the epitome of today’s gregarious, dynamic Generation Y ‘go-getter’.

Her professional background is as diverse as the countries she has travelled and includes marketing for a global airline, building the employer brand for one of the UK’s leading FMCG organisations and co-founding e3unlimited, a resourcing & organisation re-design consultancy. In the last two years she has engaged with Yell.com, Virgin Management and Corus Steel - adding a Gen Y touch to revolutionise talent management and create resourcing strategies for the new world of work.

Emma worked for one of the best marketing and business consultancies in Australia where she specialised in communications, organisational change and employee engagement for a number of blue-chip companies. Her natural desire to make a difference led her to volunteering in South America where she helped develop poor communities, improving health and education.

An intrepid traveller, an avid communicator and a strategist who engages and inspires people at all levels within an organisation to create vision and clarity in direction – Emma thrives on making change for the better (and loves to drink champagne along the way!).
