Yell.com National Resourcing Conference

We were recently given the opportunity to work with the talent team of Resourcers at Yell, who are responsible for recruiting sales and operational staff across the UK. We labeled this highly interactive Conference ‘Develop your recruiting skills for the new world of work’. Recruitment has dramatically changed over the last few years, as we enter the new world of work internal recruitment teams need to further understand the generational differences; values, attitudes and behaviours; and engage innovative channels to find, attract, select and recruit the very best talent to drive the organisation forward.

Following on from the conference we will work with the regional teams across the UK to truly understand the challenges that the recruiters face in the current marketplace. Focusing on narrowing the funnel, we will work with Yell.com to attract candidates who are culturally aligned and ‘best fit’ by reviewing and re-designing the initial application and screening phase. Following that we will look at candidate control and engage with the hiring managers to ensure a greater understanding of aspirations, attitudes and behaviors in the new world of work.
