e3learning
There are many definitions of the term empower. We define it as giving somebody confidence or self esteem. The best way of achieving this is to help people do their job more effectively, which in turn will encourage them to do their best work and be proud of their career.
e3learning does just that. Our approach is based on expert questioning and best practice advice that gives our clients a much broader understanding of the resourcing challenges and the solutions available - empowering them to make informed decisions.
Put simply, we help to identify areas for improvement to achieve personal and corporate objectives, and to give the individuals and the organisation the skills to achieve their goals. It’s all about you and your business.
e3learning uses training, coaching, forums, discussions and facilitation of workshops to impart the knowledge gained over a combined 30 years experience. You could call this the sharing of the ‘tricks of the trade’.
What do we do?
- Interviewing Coaching: People often hire an individual on the basis of whether they ‘like' them without truly assessing whether they have the competencies required in order to meet the demands of the job role. This coaching session explores quantitative interviewing methods and ensures that hiring managers are maximising their chances of hiring the right person, every time.
- Core Recruitment Skills: This interactive workshop provides practical and effective learning to ensure that the core skills required for successful recruitment are being utilised. A strong focus is placed on getting the basic principles in place and following best practice. Self-appraisal and role-playing ensures maximum participation and learning.
- Sourcing Strategies: Seeking pools of qualified professionals throughout the world in order to build talent pools of the best candidates requires both traditional and non-traditional sourcing channels. These workshops turn HR / recruiters into highly proactive ‘sourcers' who source the very best candidates and quickly convert them into the very best employees for their organisation.
- Maximising the Web: The internet has evolved as a meeting ground for employers and potential employees, with the possibility of reaching more people in more places at relatively low cost. Traditional methods, such as classified advertisements, now net fewer returns. The Internet, on the other hand, brims with opportunity and potential. We share the latest and greatest advice on how to attract and capture talent through this exciting media.
These are just a few examples.... as we've said before, it's all about you.
What are the outcomes?
A highly skilled resourcing function that is equipped to proactively source, attract and recruit the talent your organisation needs. This is becoming more difficult each year as the available talent pool continues to shrink. We have seen some amazing improvements in organisations' ability to perform in this space and this becomes habitual very quickly and will help put talent attraction at the top of the corporate agenda.
