e3insight
e3insight provides an in-depth review of how organisations present themselves in the marketplace, the current go-to-market strategy and a detailed analysis of the processes in place to get them there. We take the lid off the business and challenge your people to see it from many different perspectives. We review the internal processes and policies around the product/service supply chain and engage with all levels within the organisation - it’s like getting the shop in order before you open the doors.
Once we have gained this invaluable insight into ‘business as usual’ we identify feasible, credible and affordable solutions to achieve strategic goals.
What we do?
e3insight is designed for flexibility and is customised to specific needs and objectives, but typically includes the following steps and generally takes between four and six weeks:
- meeting with project sponsor to agree objectives and timescales
- agree communication strategy to business
- individual meetings with selected sales and marketing managers
- individual meetings with employees through the supply chain
- interactive workshops with a mix of the above people
- training needs analysis of all involved in sales and marketing process
- gathering of statistical data e.g.: website traffic, sales funnel ratios
- brown paper exercises to review current and suggest future processes
- focus groups with target market to assess the consumer brand
- mystery shopping
- competitor analysis
- industry benchmarking
- presentation of findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
How does it work?
- Industry Viewpoint: A discussion with the senior team to explore how an aligned sales and marketing strategy can help achieve business objectives.
- Discovery: Interacting with and involving all levels of staff across the organisation. This collaborative analysis of the current processes identifies the best opportunities for improvement. We look to unleash insights and to allow the group to contribute to the success of the opportunities presented. We are highly respectful of the expertise and intelligence that already exists and we are looking to generate excitement and innovation very quickly.
- Solution Design: Recommendations for best practices and solutions, including a return on investment analysis and a highly detailed implementation plan.
- Informed Decisions: We help organisations make informed decisions around their sales and marketing strategy and implement common sense solutions. Our methodology means we do not have any predetermined answers - we simply have the experience and knowledge required to give expert advice.
What are the outcomes?
- Creating a common objective for success.
- Maximising the energy of the organisation by building alignment and agreement among internal teams, stakeholders, departments and divisions, and externally through suppliers, partners and intermediaries.
- Establishing clear criteria for all ‘decision-making’. Understanding the problems and devising the objectives, considering alternatives and opportunities and then prioritising and balancing against the businesses' capability and capacity.
- Building a Road Map to make change for the better. Identifying the systems, processes and structures that may be missing or not working efficiently to achieve the ‘new ‘objectives for the business.
