There are many definitions of the term empower. We define it as giving somebody confidence or self esteem. The best way of achieving this is to help people do their job more effectively, which in turn will encourage them to do their best work and be proud of their career. e3learning does just that. Our approach is based on expert questioning and best practice advice that gives our clients a much broader understanding of the sales and marketing challenges and the solutions available - empowering them to make informed decisions.
Put simply, we help to identify areas for improvement to achieve personal and corporate objectives, and to give the individuals and the organisation the skills to achieve their goals. It’s all about you and your business.

e3learning uses training, coaching, forums, discussions and facilitation of workshops to impart the knowledge gained over a combined 30 years experience. You could call this the sharing of the ‘tricks of the trade’.

What do we do?

  • Sales Training: The most obvious way we help organisations to up-skill their sales forces is to conduct highly stimulating workshops. We first analyse the ability of the existing teams and spend time understanding the challenges and opportunities in the specific market or channel. We then create a client specific programme based on our innovative sales methodology. This may be a one-day workshop or a 12-month programme, or anything in between!
  • Go-to-market Strategy: Many organisations have great ideas but lack the knowledge, experience or resource to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy. We spend time understanding the company’s short and long-term aspirations and research the market place to test viability and then spend time inside the company creating a robust, sustainable methodology and process. We put checks and balances in place to measure levels of success and to allow for flexibility in the action plan.
  • Brand Development: The brand of an organisation and it’s services/products has never been more important than it is today. In this brand conscious world organisations need to ensure their brand is attractive to the correct target audience. By conducting internal and external thought-provoking workshops and focus groups we create concepts, which are then ‘road-tested’, further developed and finally turned into reality. This could involve anything from simply inventing a new logo to a complete common concept roll-out across a range of companies to tie together a large fragmented organisation.
